I enjoyed my three-night stay at Qingdao Fuxin Hotel during a work conference. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the Shangri-la, and the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh Chinese dishes along with western options. However, the noise from nearby construction was quite disruptive, which kept me from giving a full five stars.
